The TopLaxRecruits Western Girls’ Rankings:
1. Colorado Academy (CO) 7-0
The Mustangs hold a perfect record by defeating Arapahoe, 16-9. Friday, Colorado Academy faces Denver East.
2. Novato (CA) 11-0
The Hornets defeated ranked St. Ignatius Prep, 14-8 and play La Costa Canyon Thursday.
3. California High (CA) 11-0
The Grizzlies toppled Monte Vista, 11-7.
4. Cherry Creek (CO) 6-0.
The Lady Bruins routed Cherokee Trail, 21-4 and Centaurus, 18-4. They play tonight at Grandview.
5. Mater Dei (CA) 11-0
The Monarchs remain undefeated, handing Great Oak a 23-6 loss.
6. St. Ignatius Prep (CA) 7-4
The Wildcats lost to ranked Novato, but handed Sam Ramon Valley a, 11-8 loss.
7. Lake Oswego (OR) 4-2
The Lakers went 1-2 against the Illinois powerhouses, beating Glenbrook South, but lost to Hinsdale Central and Loyola Academy. Thursday they play Oregon City.
8. Chaparral (AZ) 13-0
The Fireballs flew through Hamilton, 18-1. No opponent has scored more than 4 goals on Chaparral.
9. Monte Vista (CA) 11-2
The Mustangs grabbed an easy 18-6 win over Chaminade College Prep.
10. Eastside Catholic (WA) 5-0
The Crusaders recently beat the defending WA state champs, Issaquah, 10-8.
Under consideration: American Fork (UT) 6-0; Bainbridge Island (WA) 5-0; Brighton (UT) 5-0; Canyon Crest (CA) 9-1; Denver East (CO) 7-1; Issaquah (WA) 6-1; Mullen (CO) 6-2; Oak Park (CA) 11-1; San Ramon Valley (CA) 9-3; Torrey Pines (CA) 10-1; Tesoro (CA) 11-1; West Linn (OR) 4-0.
