March 23, 2023 – Muskego WI – Ethan Conto will be continuing his lacrosse career by playing for Long Island University. The Sharks are gaining a Midfielder with additional experience as an attacker. Conto has been recognized as Nike National All Star (x2), All Conference Pinnacle Lacrosse, All Star Adrenaline Challenge, All Tournament Team (x4), Project Midwest All Star (x2), US Club Lax Player to Watch, and more.
Why did you choose this school? “Through the recruiting process, choosing the right university for me was a very tough decision. But once I stepped foot on LIUs campus, I felt right at home. The coaching staff was beyond welcoming and made me feel right at home. Not only did LIU have all of the beautiful facilities that I was looking for, they had the alumni connections in my future career path that I was looking for.”
Who do you wish to thank? “I am most grateful for my parents who have supported me in every way possible through this journey. I am also very grateful for my coaches at Alpha Lacrosse as well as Project Midwest for pushing me and guiding me through this journey.”
